Product Description:
Steel molds are transmitted into the forming machine head via
mechanical transmission mode, which is then followed by the
automatic fuel injection system. The mixed concrete is shaped while
it remains in the mold.
The next step is to cut each piece of concrete into a single tile
once the extrusion process is complete. After the cutting process,
the tiles are chipped, colored, and polished to their desired
texture and then placed onto racks for cure (10-12 hours).
Following the cure period, the tiles are removed from the molds,
signaling the completion of the production process.
By simply replacing different heads and molds, different types of
roof tiles can be produced.

reliable and convenient for the user. The speed of moulding can
reach up to 8 pcs/min thanks to the full hydraulic and pneumatic
production. Furthermore, the slurry concrete is pressed by a
pressure filtration type of mould to result in the perfect
structure and design of the tiles.
In addition, the roof tiles produced with this machine are big in
density, high in strength, precise in size and suitable for any
building needs. Also, it possess multi-usage and can make a variety
of color tiles such as roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles,
drainage tiles, gutter tiles, etc
