Explosion Proof Test Chamber For Battery Safety Test Charge -

Material:
Internal: 304 Stainless steel 1.5mm
External: Cold Rolled steel 2mm
Structure: two explosion proof chamber, upper and lower.
Test Chamber internal size: 500*500*500 (X2) (You can order only
one chamber, three chamber, or multiple, number and dimension can
be specified by the customer)
Cable prots: at least one port dia. 50mm of each chamber (the port
diameter can be specified, dia 80mm, dia100mm, ect....)
Location of Cable ports: at the rear of test chamber or left/right
side of chamber.
Lighting: explosion proof LED installed inside of chamber
Safety door: Pressure relief port located at the rear of test
chamber, will be opened automaticlly release pressure in case of
battery explosion.
Exhaust port: installed with high quality exhaust fan at the rear
of test chamber. it should be connected to your lab exhaust system.
Equipped with four movable castor at the bottom of test chamber.
Explosion proof glass as inspection window installed on the front
door. special installed with iron net between interlayer, ensure
operator more safety.
Safety handle and strong strenght steel chain for secondary
protection in case of battery explosion
Optional: Smoke detector, video monitoring
