SD-2801A cone penetration tester is designed and manufactured
according to the technical requirements and relevant regulations of
the People's Republic of China standard GB/T269 "Grease and
petroleum grease cone penetration determination method". It is
mainly suitable for testing the cone penetration of grease.
The instrument can also be used for solid fine grain, powder,
colloid, frozen materials, as well as cheese, sugar gum, butter,
cream, fermented materials and other food raw materials inspection,
in food industry, traffic and highway engineering and other
industrial departments can be widely used.

Note: According to GB/T269, the general situation of cone
penetration testing is as follows:
1. For ordinary cone penetration testing, SD2801A cone penetration
tester is generally used for ordinary testing, and the tested value
is the non working cone penetration value.
2. Constant temperature cone penetration testing: It is required to
have a high degree of accuracy and strictly follow the standard
testing. SD2801C constant temperature cone penetration tester is
required for testing. This model is equipped with a temperature and
constant temperature device, which can raise the temperature to 25
degrees in winter and lower the temperature to 25 degrees in
summer. Perform cone penetration testing after uniform temperature
control, and the measured value is the non working cone penetration
value.
3.60 working cone penetration and extended working cone penetration
tests: Generally, SD2801A is required to be used in conjunction
with SH269 100000 shear testing machine. If there is a high
temperature requirement and the experiment is carried out at a
constant temperature of 25 degrees, SD2801C can be used in
conjunction with SH269 100000 shear testing machine. The measured
values are 60 working cone penetration values and extended working
cone penetration values.
