Scope of application:
For use with water belts, sprinklers, hoses, angle valves, etc. Flow rate not more than 35L/min, dynamic pressure less than 0.6MPa.

Parameters:
1. frame made of aluminium, water from flow test can be circulated to the tank;
2. water supply: stainless steel tank, stainless steel multistage pump, pipes;
3. pressure regulation: frequency converter to regulate pressure and flow rate;
4. four swivel castors to be installed at the bottom, LED lighting and exhaust fans in the test chamber;
5. control system: PLC + touch screen, which will display flow and pressure, with a thermal printer;
6. two valves to be installed in front of two inlet valves, one of which can be closed at will, to test the flow of cross-penetration;
7. fittings and fixtures for single hole taps, shower taps, American quadruple and octuple taps, showerheads and hose installations will be provided;
8. flow tests: minimum flow rate tested at 0.14MPa (20psi); maximum flow rate tested at 0.41MPa pressure; maximum flow rate for showerheads tested at 0.55MPa pressure.

Features:
1. Flow rate and pressure can be adjusted by frequency.
2. 2. Flow tests at 0.01MPa low pressure can also be done.
3. The flow rate and pressure will be displayed on the touch screen.
4. 4. Time-flow curves can be obtained;
