In addition, varicose rapping, liquid-contacting flaps, mud guiding and mud storage, and filter cloth washing systems can be provided as required.

Fully Automatic Chamber Filter Press Principle

The automatic filter press detects the current pressure of the hydraulic system of the pulling plate through the pressure transmitter, and converts the sensed pressure signal into an analog quantity that can be recognized by the PLC, so as to control the forward and backward of the pulling plate. The set photoelectric switch allows the pulling system to realize instant pause/resume during the pulling process or the whole system running process, making the operation process more user-friendly.
