Nickel Alloy 625 Seamless Tubing uses nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy (UNS N06625), which has excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high temperature strength. The alloy can maintain excellent mechanical properties in extreme environments and is particularly suitable for marine, chemical, nuclear power and aviation fields. Its high nickel content gives it strong tolerance to a variety of acidic media (such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, etc.) and chlorides, avoiding the risk of stress corrosion cracking.

The heat treatment state is generally solution treatment (Solution Annealed), which can provide a bright annealed surface to improve appearance and corrosion resistance. The processing method is seamless drawing to ensure smooth inner and outer walls, precise dimensions, and no weld defects. It is suitable for high-pressure and high-cleanliness fluid transmission systems. For packaging, moisture-proof and collision-proof wooden boxes or woven bags are usually used to ensure transportation safety and storage stability.

Our raw materials, sourced from esteemed steel mills such as Baosteel and Tsingshan, undergo stringent warranty and PMI checks to ensure top-notch quality. Stringent PMI checks and other inspections guarantee compliance with material specifications.

Supervised Production Process

From cold rolling, cold drawing, annealing, to pickling and surface treatment, 321 stainless tube manufacturing process is meticulously overseen. Skilled engineers, equipped with advanced tools, supervise each phase and capture detailed records through photography. Process cards guarantee precision and traceability throughout production.

Quality Assurance Before Shipment

Our dedicated QC team conducts comprehensive inspections, encompassing appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and more. Mechanical, hardness, ultrasonic, eddy current, and hydraulic tests are carried out. We also welcome third-party evaluations (SGS, TUV, BV) and ensure secure packaging and container reinforcement to ensure product integrity during transportation.
