1.Overview
HEBEI QINYI CONVEYING EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD has carried on the research and development by taking the
international advanced structure of the roller as well as the
standard of belt conveyor in our country as the foundation. Here
introduce you the wide scope of application,good environmental
adaptability, one-time oil, labyrinth seal, with 30000 hours’

3.Detail-production process
3.1 Structure:
In the production of roller, we consider the various factors to
make its minimum starting torque, high efficiency, long
life,minimum amount of maintenance and maximum carrying capacity to
ensures the roller’s high-speed application with the ideal static
balance and dynamic balance
3.2 Shell,Bearing,Bearing house
A) The indicators of the steel tube and shaft in accordance with
the requirements of GB standard diameter,Straightness
tolerance,appearance and other indicators were higher than GB
higher requirements.
B) The steel pipe for shell is especially for roller production,the
bearing housing is produced by stretched of the cold-rolled
plate,its precision is ISOM7 which can make the starting torque is
small.The shaft adopts cold drawing
processing up to ISOH6 to make sure the accuracy of bearing
installation.
C) Between the bearing house and the shell,adopting CO2 gas
shielded welding to make its double precision connection.
It will makes the overall structure of the roller body with high
intensity and guarantee the good accuracy and minimize the radial
unbalance factor.

3.3 Bearing
The roller adopts C3 deep groove ball bearings,Choose two-way
sealing structure in order to further improve the waterproof and
dust proof.

3.4 Seal
Under specific temperature environment, even a small amount of
water vapour into the roller also can make its rust, to prevent
this kind of phenomenon, we have adopted a series of seal measures.
A)From the outside piece, A preservative zinc aluminum alloy cover
which fixed on the shaft can prevent more than one mm particles
into the roller.
B)Go inside,A very low friction in the rubber lip seal can prevent
the grease from escaping from the roller
and external liquid into the roller,so when roller operation in the
water after 24 hours,the weight still stays the same.
C)Innermost,The ternary type labyrinth seal can effectively prevent
the external atmosphere medium into the bearing chamber,Improve the
rollers of waterproof, dustproof performance.
3.5 Grease
Roller adopts long-lasting lithium grease lubrication,it will help
grease under different climate environment has a good stability,
the amount of oil in bearing housing is available for roller’s
entire life cycle using.

1. idler roller
1.1 idler roller steel pipes should not be less than the GB /
T13792 provisions
1.2 idler roller assembly, bearings and seals (labyrinth seals)
should be charged with the No. 2 lithium grease,whose performance
of not less than specified in GB7324-1934 . Bearing oil-filled
amount should be 3/2 to 3/4 of the bearing gap, the gap of the seal
should be filled too.
1.3 idler rollers (except impact roller, comb-type and other
special rollers) outer radial runout shall comply with the
provisions of table 13.
1.4 After idler roller assembly, the roller axial displacement
shall not exceed 0.7mm at 500N axial pressure.
1.5 After applying the axial load given in table 14, the roller
shaft and roller shell, bearing house, seals should not be
disengaged.

1.6 After idler roller assembly, the roller at 600r / min’s
rotation at 250N radial pressure, its rotational resistance test,
its numerical value should not be greater than the numerical values
in Table 15, When rotating again after stop for 1h, the rotation
resistance should not exceed 1.5 times than the numerical value in
table 15.

1.7 After the horizontal and vertical drop test according to a
predetermined height of 1.4 , the roller parts should meet the
following conditions:
A) parts and welds should not produce damage and cracks ,it won’t
allow loose to each other;
B) the axial displacement of the rollers should not exceed 1.5mm.
1.8 When rollers at 600r / min rotation, the dust-proof and
waterproof performance should meet the following conditions:
A) dust-proof roller (refer to non-contact seals) in a container
with a coal dust, continuous operation 200h, coal dust can not
enter the bearing grease.
In watering working conditions, continuous operation 72h, the water
inflow should not exceed 150g;
B) water-proof roller (refer to the contact seals) in the flooded
working conditions, The water inflow should not be more than 5g
after Continuous operation 24 h.
1.9 Idler rollers (except impact roller) In the case of speed is
not more than 600 r/min, the designed life should not be less than
30 000h,and during the idler roller’s lifetime,the roller damage
rate should not be greater than 10%.
