Roller
our roller adopts self-developed double labyrinth seal structure,
which is better than traditional seal structure in waterproof and
dustproof effect. Roller pipe adopts high-frequency welding pipe
special for rollers, shaft adopts cold drawn bright shaft special
for rollers, and bearing housing is made by stamping, drawing and
welding with mixed gas. After the roller is welded, both ends are
chamfered and polished, and then polish and remove the rust of the
pipe surface. The roller surface adopts outdoor powder coating,
heating and curing. The roller adopts a double-head pressing
machine to press the bearing and the seal in three times, so as not
to damage the seal and protect the bearing. The shaft end is
subjected to the final anti-rust treatment, and finally put into
the export-specific crates.
Conveyor Carrier Roller Features:

compared with ordinary steel pipe, the diameter and wall thickness
tolerance,bending degree,ovality is very little which can make the
roller have minimum radial play eccentricity,strong load,low

3. Rollers are fitted with deep groove 2RS and 2Z bearing with C3

high precision. The wall thickness is 1-2mm thicker than DIN
standard which can increase 40% stability and roller’s carrying
capacity. It can make the roller not deformed even working under
overload environment and increase roller’s lifetime.

The basic types of rollers:
(1) The rollers are classified into self-aligning rollers, buffer
rollers, trough rollers, and parallel rollers according to their
uses. The function of the self-aligning roller is to correct the
deviation of the belt of the belt conveyor. Usually, a rotary
groove-shaped self-aligning roller is installed on the heavy-duty
section of the conveyor, and a parallel self-aligning roller is
installed on the no-load section. The buffer roller is applied to
the tailstock of the machine according to the actual situation.
When receiving the material, it can reduce the impact of the
material on the belt, which is beneficial to the service life of
the long belt. The trough-shaped roller is generally composed of
two side rollers and a flat roller. The groove angle is generally
30 degrees. For a detachable belt conveyor, the three rollers of
the trough-shaped roller are hinged to each other, so Called hinged
roller. The parallel roller is generally a long roller, which is
installed at the lower end under pressure, so it is called the
lower roller.
