and the seal are made of polymer materials, which are corrosion
resistant. Used in corrosive occasions, the service life can reach
more than 5 times that of ordinary rollers.
How to maintain the sealing performance of the Impact roller?
(1) The labyrinth seals should be made of original parts, and
should be put into the rollers during assembly, and should not be
assembled together.
(2) For the sealing performance and use performance of the roller,
it is forbidden to disassemble the roller at will.
(3) The normal service life of the roller is more than 20000h, and
generally does not need to be repaired. However, according to the
place of use and the size of the load, the corresponding
maintenance date should be established, and the oil injection
maintenance should be cleaned in time, and the floating coal should
be cleaned in time. The rollers with abnormal noise and
non-rotating should be replaced in time.
(4) When replacing the bearing, the opening of the bearing cage
needs to be opened outwards. After the bearing is installed into
the idler, the proper clearance should be maintained and it should
not be crushed.
(5) During the use of the idler, prevent heavy objects from hitting
the idler tube.
