Idlers are important parts of the belt conveyor with various type
and large quantity. Idlers are used to support the belt, reduce the
belt running resistance and make the belt verticality not exceed
the certain limit to ensure the belt running stably. Idlers are
classified as steel roller, impact roller, UHMWPE roller and HPDE
roller according to its material class.
In spite of the correct alignment of a conveyor structure and belt
splice, it is a common phenomenon for a belt to misalign at times,
mainly as a result of incorrect material loading (off centre) or in
cases where a conveyor is mounted onto a mobile stacker / reclaimer
where the fall across the boom causes the belt to move to one
side.A solution to belt misalignment can be to install
self-aligning idlers sets or training idlers which are able to
detect belt misalignment and automatically re-align the belt.
The self-centralising troughing set is designed as a series of
rollers arranged in a trough positioned onto the supporting
transom.The installation of the self-centralising troughing sets is
advised to be positioned on the upper strand rather than the return
section, and used only when the workingconditions require.
The self-centralising troughing sets are usually equiped with guide
roller to keep the belt aligh when the conveyor running.

1. Manufactured by steel pipe especially for high precision roller,
compared with ordinary steel pipe, the diameter and wall thickness
tolerance,bending degree,ovality is very little which can make the
roller have minimum radial play eccentricity,strong load,low
shaking and less noise

material
3. Rollers are fitted with deep groove 2RS and 2Z bearing with C3
and C4 internal clearance with HRB,SKF,NSK,TNT,FAG brands.
4. Bearing Housing formed by punching many times which can assure
high precision. The wall thickness is 1-2mm thicker than DIN
standard which can increase 40% stability and roller’s carrying
capacity. It can make the roller not deformed even working under
overload environment and increase roller’s lifetime.
5. TK contact multiple labyrinth seals made of nylon,ABS have great
advantage in water and dust resistance
6. Rubber Rings: Abrasion Resistant, Shock Absorbing,The size and
hardness can be customized as per client's requirements.

Different type of conveyor idlers:
1. Flat/Carrier/Carrying Rollers: Used to handle bulk&unit

shocks and to help protect against belt damage.
