There are manyhigh aluminaceramic lagging pulley lined belt
rollersin the steel industry, cement,mining ,port and so on.
Usually,the rollers are wrapped by a layer of rubber to prevent
them from slipping. But usually,if the roller works in the water
environment, the material are easy adhere to the belt or roller.
Then it can be easy slip.
Our Kingceraceramic lagging pulleyare adopt the new methods. We
valcanized the grain shaped ceramic into the rubber and wrap onto
the roller. it not only prevent the roller from slip, can also
prolong the roller's service life span.
Design Features
1. MSHA approved for mine use – meets all requirements for
flame-resistant solid products taken into mines. Acceptance Marking
No. MSHA IC -174/2
2. Increase Productivity – by delivering increased traction between
the conveyor belt and pulley, allows for lower belt tension than
with rubber lagging.
3. Improved Conveyor Belt Tracking – due to the Arrowhead patterns
self-cleaning ability, which reduces the material build-up and
thereby eliminates the major source of conveyor belt misalignment.
4. Bonding Strength – that is superior to others, due to 3mm of our
neoprene compound vulcanized into the bottom-side of the lagging.
5. Superior Wear – ability in abrasive or highly wet or dry
applications as seen in below ground and above ground mining.
6. Easy Installation – can be done in place, on the plant site, at
your local distributor or at the pulley manufacturer. Each strip is
10” (250mm) wide x pulley face (see chart).
7. Tile – fully enclosed by rubber with rounded corners to allow
for better adhesion between the rubber and the tile.
8. Available – in 5/8”and 1” thicknesses in both SBR and MSHA grade
rubber compounds.
