Due to a higher content of element nickel used in the alloying of
70/30 Cuni, the fittings produced from this alloy grade are much
more expensive as compared to grade Copper Nickel 90/10 Fittings made from copper nickel 90/10 alloy could be welded using
ant of the following techniques spot welding, coated metal arc
welding, gas shielded arc welding, butt welding, oxyacetylene
welding, brazing, soldering as well as seam welding processes.
