Q3: About warranty
A3: One year warranty, and life-long maintenance. During the
period, we supply free repair and replacement caused by the quality
of the product itself, if damage caused by human factors, not
covered by the warranty.
Q4: About installing or debugging.
A4: We will supply detailed manual to guide installation, and also
provide videos or video calling to guide the installation for free.
If client requires, we can also arrange engineers to guide
installation and train staff on site.
Q5: After-sale service
