1.Description:
-The 437 TCI bits are used to Very soft strata have low compressive strength and high
drillability, such as mudstone, gypsum, salt, soft shale, soft
limestone,etc.
-The cutting structure of Glorytek tricone bits has been in
continuous use in the oil & gas industry, and is still being
improved.

bide insert (TCI) bits and steel tooth bits for the toughest
drilling applications.
-It can avoid the formation of a ball in the bit, eliminate the
fluid area at the bottom of the well, accelerate
the upward flow of drilling cuttings and improve ROP.High
saturation bearings can reduce sealing pressure and improve sealing
reliability. Adding a row of teeth between the rear taper and the
outflow to trim the borehole and protect the cone.
2.Applications:
The roller cone bit is the most widely used tool in petroleum
drilling and geological drilling. Tricone bit has the function of
impacting, crushing and shearing rock in formation, so it can adapt
to soft, medium and hard formation. The cone bit can be divided
into milling (steel teeth) cone bit and TCI cone bit according to
the type of teeth.

4.Tips:
-According to the formation lithology data, hydraulic and drilling
parameters, select the appropriate type of drill bit.
-Can seletc the corresponding nozzle according to the hydraulic
parameters. The size difference of the nozzle hole should not be
too large to avoid erosion of the flow channel.
-If there is abnormal damage to the drill bit, please communicate
with our factory, and keep the packaging box, certificate of
conformity and original trial data of the drill bit, and the drill
bit after use ( do not remove the nozzle).
