High Efficiency Tricone Rock Bit 215.9mm IADC 537 for water well
1.Description:
-The 537 TCI bits are used to dsoft to medium formations with low compressive strength, like
medium, soft shake, medium soft limestone, medium soft sandstone,
medium formation with harder and abrasive interbeds.
-The drill bit should go down the well according the prescribed
operating procedures. After the drill bit is in contact with the
bottom of the well, it must be lightly pressed and slowly rotated.
Gradually increase to normal WOB drilling.
-During the drilling process, the operation should be stable, and
the drilling should be sent evenly to avoid drilling.
-The storage and transportation of the drill bit should be placed
in a wooden box and a soft material packaging box to avoid damage.
-The drill bit should be keep dry, ventilated, and protected from
sunlight and rain. Stored under these conditions, the shelf life is
five years.
