ZS-11045M+ZS11060PE is a cuff full automatic wrapping machine, It is designed specifically for single or products with bottom board. The machine can be connected with the production line to achieve automatic feeding, wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and shaping. ZS-11045M has introduced advanced technology and production process to ensure stable and reliable performance. Induction film feeding greatly reduces the loss of film. Digital display temperature controller can accurately control the temperature and can be seen it directly. Machine is controlled by Mitsubishi programmable controller to achieve mechanical, electrical and pneumatic stability. Three pieces sealing knife is designed specifically for perfect sealing. The feeding belt can be designed to feed on the left or the right side as required. ZS-11060PE uses four wind motors to make the hot air in tunnel distribute evenly, Super-large cold airflow makes the products cooling and shaping quickly after shrinking. The conveying line is controlled by Delta frequency converter.

ZS-11060PE using imported double air circulation motors, so that the hot air in the oven can spread more evenly to get a good shrink effect.

Using solid steel rollers covered by silicone tubes which makes chain conveyor durable. We can also choose different material conveying chain according to the different products.

The use of French Schneider frequency inverter controls transmission speed which has the function of infinitive speed.

Large volume of wind cooling system makes products rapidly cooling after heat shrinking. We also can add aluminum table for your option, so that the products will not drop.

The machine is widely used in the lines of beer, mineral water, cans, glass bottles; round bottles without tray products' shrink packaging.
