purpose:
This machine is used to test the durability of car seat frame,
conforming to MES PA 57015, multi-stage program execution.During
the test, a certain load is continuously applied backward or
forward to do the fatigue endurance test.Mechanical Strength Test
Scope of use:
1.The test equipment is designed according to the user's test
requirements and relevant standards.
2. It is used to test the structural strength of various automobile
seat frames, automobile seat headrests, automobile seat belts and
automobile seat assemblies under static and dynamic conditions
under certain test conditions and the safety and reliability of
finished products.
3. It is used to evaluate the production process of the seat and
after the installation of the finished product, and to investigate
the force that each welding point, all joints and locking mechanism
can bear under the action of a certain direction and force.
4. It can judge the strength and corresponding deformation of seat
frame and finished seat, automatically record various values of
test force, strength, displacement and deformation through
computer, and automatically form test curve and test report.
