SWT-V160/50mm manual butt fusion welder is suitable for PE and PP
pipes and fittings. High quality design and construction provides
an excellent machine for welding both on the worksite and in the
factory. The use of high quality Aluminum casting allows for lower
weight without compromising strength and performance.

Features:
● 110V voltage, manual welding of pipes, hot-melt butt welding of
plastic pipes.
● It consists of a fixture frame, a heating plate, a milling
machine (and its basket).
● Reasonable engineering mechanics design makes welding work more
convenient and flexible.
● Four-card sleeve structure makes the pipe positioning better and
firmer.
● If the clamshell structure is fixed on one side by the ferrule
gland, the welding process is shorter and more effective.
●The locking mechanism can avoid the influence of external force
during welding.
●The welding pressure is provided by the crank-driven mechanical
mechanism, the transmission is stable and easy to operate.
