MAP machine:
The RDL480P tray sealer is based on tried and tested technology. It
is known for its performance and simplicity of use. This tray
sealer model combines excellent seal integrity and pack
presentation with flexibility, quick changeovers and user-friendly
operation in a compact and hygienic design.
MAP preservative gas mainly consists of carbon dioxide, nitrogen,
oxygen and other special gases such as nitrogen dioxide, sulfur
dioxide, and argon. Their functions are as follows: carbon dioxide,
the main preservative gas, could restrain growth of most putrid
bacilli and fungus; oxygen could restrain the propagation of most
anaerobic bacilli and keep meat color and fruit and vegetable
freshness. Nitrogen, inert gas, does not react with food, nor is
absorbed by food. It is used as filling gas to prevent package
slump caused by gas escaping such as carbon dioxide. Different food
and fruit have different preservative gas ingredient and
proportion. For crop MAP, it is critical that oxygen permeability
rate should be matched with respiratory rate.
MAP is commonly utilized in snacks, coffee, cheese, pasta, baked
goods, sandwiches and processed meats. It is also becoming
increasingly popular in fresh-cut produce, like pre-packaged salads
and fruit, for convenience, quality and more variety.

Operation overview:
1. First, connects the power supply; install the film, the
preparatory work is completed.
2. Place the tray in the lower mold, then press the start switch at
both side of the control panel at the same time by both hands, the
device starts, the trays with the lower mold into the sealing
chamber. When the equipment detects the entry of the lower mold,
the upper and lower mold are combined together, followed by
injection of the gas,heat-sealing (sealing the film to the tray)
and cutting.
3. After completion of the above procedure, the upper mold
automatically rises. When the waste film is recovered, the trays
with the lower mold will return to the original position
automatically, then the elastic device is start, the trays will be
pop up, just take all the trays out, a packaging cycle is
completed.
