Brief introduction
The welding process is controlled by the microcontroller inside the controller in a closed loop, which can ensure that the welding current is constant when the power grid voltage fluctuates and the welding load changes, thus ensuring the quality of the solder joint. The controller has the following main functions:
1. There are three kinds of control functions: constant current, constant voltage and constant phase angle.
2. It can control two solenoid valves (with boost control).
3. There are two norms to choose from: four norms and 15 norms.
4. There are single spot welding and continuous spot welding functions.
5. All the specification parameters are displayed directly through the window, and the operation is simple and convenient.
6. There is a power off data saving function.
7. There is an error self-detection function, and various abnormal situations are displayed in numbers.
