Product Description:
The CNC press brake is a sheet metal processing machine which bends
a cold metal sheet into a workpiece of different geometric shapes.
This machine is specially designed for cold rolling sheet metal
processing and has been widely applied in many industries, such as
the automotive, aerospace, light industry, maritime, container,
elevator, railway and more.
This press brake is able to use both general and special molds to
form the desired metal sheet. Thus, it offers extreme flexibility

Features:
This EU streamlined design is made with monobloc welding robots and
apparatus, and has undergone an annealing treatment, a process that
ensures stress relief. It features a hydraulic top-drive for great
steadiness and reliability, with mechanical stop and steel torsion
bar for better synchronization. In addition, an integrated
hydraulic system from Germany's Bosch Rexroth has been adopted for
greater reliability and ease of maintenance. For safety, travel
limit protection and full machine guarding with safety interlocker
provided.
The mechanical synchronous mechanism and complex compensation are
designed for increased precision of the workpieces. Moreover, the
stroke and distance of the back gauge is adjustable with a motor,
and inch, single model and reversing/maintaining time can be
regulated with time relays. To heighten safety, safe fence and
electric interlocker are set up. The machine also comes with
standard punches and dies, a front arm material support, and a foot
pedal with emergency stop.
The control system runs on Estun NC E21, CNC DELEM DA41, DA52,
DA66T.
