What is Low-e vacuum glass?
Low-e vacuum glass is to seal the surroundings of two pieces of
flat glass, evacuate the gap and seal the exhaust hole. The minimum
gap between the two pieces of glass is 0.15mm. In order to achieve
better heat insulation performance, one of the glass uses Low -e
glass.

Advantages of low-e vacuum glass
1. Insulation:
The vacuum layer effectively isolates air convection and heat
transfer, and the Low-E glass significantly reduces the radiation
heat transfer between two pieces of glass.The thermal insulation
performance of vacuum glass is about 6-8 times that of single
glass, and 4-6 times that of insulating glass
2. Anti-condensation:
Due to the high heat insulation performance of vacuum glass, it is
difficult to dissipate the indoor heat, and the surface temperature
of the glass is higher than the dew point, so it is not easy to
generate condensation.
3. Low noise:
The vacuum layer of the vacuum glass effectively isolates the sound
transmission. The sound insulation of single vacuum glass can reach
39dB, and the sound insulation of composite vacuum glass can reach
42dB.

excellent products. And we have QC for each process, once find any
problem, we will replace the glass, to make sure every piece of
