Peculiarity
1. Function: The hydraulic system cooler in the excavator is mainly
used to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil to maintain the
normal operating temperature range of the hydraulic system. The
combination of hot sheets and fans circulates the hydraulic oil to
the cooler and then disperses it to the surrounding environment to
achieve heat dissipation.
2. Structure and loion: The hydraulic system cooler is usually loed
in the appropriate position of the excavator, such as behind the
cab or inside the engine bay. It consists of heat sink, cooling oil
pipe, water tank and fan.
3. Heat sink: Heat sink is the main heat dissipation element in the
hydraulic system cooler, usually made of aluminum material with
high thermal conductivity. When the hydraulic oil passes through
the heat sink, it exchanges heat with the air, thus reducing the
oil temperature.
4. Water tank and coolant flow: Hydraulic system coolers usually
contain water tanks for storing and supplying coolant. The coolant
enters the heat sink through the pipe, absorbs the heat of the
hydraulic oil, and returns to the hydraulic system after cooling.
5. Fan: The cooler is usually equipped with a fan to enhance the
flow of air on the heat sink and improve the heat dissipation
effect. The fan can be mechanically, electrically or hydraulically
driven as required.
6. Heat dissipation effect: The hydraulic system cooler is designed
for efficient heat dissipation to ensure that the hydraulic oil is
kept within the appropriate operating temperature range. Reducing
the hydraulic oil temperature can reduce the viscosity of the oil,
extend the life of the hydraulic system components, and improve the
operational performance and reliability of the excavator.
