1.Raw Material Handling: The production line begins with the handling of PVC raw materials, including PVC resin, stabilizers, pigments, and additives. These materials are typically stored in silos or containers and are fed into the production line through an automated system.

5.Surface Treatment: The cut PVC profiles may undergo surface treatment processes to enhance their appearance and performance. This may involve processes like cleaning, sanding, or embossing, depending on the specific requirements of the profiles.

6.Reinforcement Insertion (Optional): In some cases, reinforcement materials such as steel or aluminum may be inserted into the PVC profiles to provide additional strength and stability. This process typically involves automated machinery that cuts and inserts the reinforcement elements into the profile during production.
