This equipment consists of a frame, a casing, a pair of rollers, a
mud scraper, an electric motor, a V-belt transmission device, a
roller gap adjustment device, and a hydraulic safety device. Two
scraper plates controlled by air cylinders are installed below the
two rollers. When the feeding machine of the roller is working, the
scraper plate is controlled by the cylinder to be close to the
roller and scrape off the adhered materials on the roller. When the
feeding machine stops for 5 seconds, the scraper is separated from
the roller to reduce unnecessary wear.
