Acetal is a semi-flexible, tooth colored material. It’s ideal for
partial denture frameworks and other metal-free removable
applications. This highly crystalline acetal copolymer possesses
high tensile and flexural strength, fatigue resistance, low
friction, low moisture absorption, and excellent dimensional
stability.
Acetal can create esthetic partial denture frameworks as the pink
color helps the major connectors of the framework to blend more
naturally with the gingival tissue. The pink shade can also be
milled to create gingival masks for patients with severe gum
resorption.
