The D (T) NB series middle frequency fixed spot welding machine is
divided into projection welding, spot welding, and spot projection
welding machines according to their usage. Pneumatic pressure is
applied, and the upper electrode moves vertically up and down. Each
model has the characteristics of simple and compact structure,
novel and beautiful appearance, stable performance, safe and
reliable use, high efficiency and energy conservation. It is a
welding equipment that does not move the welding machine, but moves
the workpiece. It is mainly used for welding low-carbon steel,

Features

Compared With Ordinary AC Resistance Welding Machine, The MF Spot
Welder Has The Following Advantages:
① The input power supply is three-phase 380V, with balanced
three-phase power consumption and very high power utilization rate.
It adopts three-phase full wave uncontrolled rectification, with a
very high power factor of over 0.9%.
② Under the same conditions, the volume of the intermediate
frequency transformer is greatly reduced; Due to its high working
frequency, low losses, and high efficiency.
③ The welding current of the intermediate frequency welding machine
is continuous DC, without zero current crossing effect, with very
