Product Description
The portable spot welding machine adopts a modular design,
integrating welding transformers, cylinders, solenoid valves, water
and gas distributors, rotating rings and suspension rods, balance
systems, and control handles and other related devices into one.
The main electrical circuit adopts a three-phase AC 380V/50HZ
input, which passes through the controllable silicon in the
controller and then to the transformer. After being reduced in
voltage by the transformer, the secondary output is low voltage
(4.75-10V) and large current (12-20KA) between the electrodes. The
controller adjusts the conduction angle of the controllable silicon
to adjust the output current of the transformer to meet the
requirements of welding specifications.
