Product Description
The portable spot welding machine integrates related devices such
as welding transformers, cylinders, solenoid valves, water and gas
distributors, rotating rings and suspension rods, balance systems,
and control handles. The electrical main circuit adopts a
single-phase AC 380V/50HZ input, which is fed through the
controllable silicon in the controller and then to the transformer.
After being reduced by the transformer, the secondary output is low
voltage (4.75-10V) and large current (12-20KA) between the
electrodes. The controller adjusts the conduction angle of the
controllable silicon to adjust the output current of the
transformer to meet the requirements of welding specifications.

Welding Principle Of Electric Resistance Welding
The weldment is pressed between two columnar electrodes and heated
by electricity, so that the weldment melts at the contact and forms
a nugget. Then power off, the weldment is solidified and
crystallized under pressure to form a dense welding spot. Spot
welding is suitable for welding thin plate (lap) and steel bar. It
is widely used in the production of automobile, aircraft,
electronics, instruments and daily necessities.
