The blow molding machine is a kind of equipment that makes plastic
particles into hollow containers through the blow molding process.
At present, the more common models include hollow extrusion blow
machines that use PP and PE for one-time molding, and PET, PC or PP
for two-time molding. Advanced injection stretch blow molding
machines, as well as the newly developed multi-layer hollow
extrusion blow molding and stretch blow molding.
WT-A6 is the fastest liner blow molding machine in mainland of
China by now. WT-A6 reaches around 5000-5500BPH for 350ML bottle.
Its baking tunnel is separated from the blow station so that time
for mold opening is shortened with a result of speedy blowing and
high output, damage to machine is lessened so as to keep reliable
performance and prolong service life, as well as machine runs more
smoothly and steadily.
WT-A6 is controlled by PLC. The whole process from preform feeding
to bottle discharging is completed automatically with advantages of
labor saving and no pollution. WT-A6 consists of three main parts:
preform loading system, Heater channel & blow station.

1. Preheating
The preform (embryo) is irradiated by an infrared high-temperature
lamp tube to heat and soften the body part of the preform (embryo).
In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the mouth of
the preform (embryo) does not need to be heated, so a certain The
cooling device performs cooling operation on it.
2. Blow molding
In this stage, the preheated preform (embryo) is placed into the
blow mold that has been prepared, and the inside is inflated with
high pressure, and the preform (embryo) is blown into the required
bottle.
Blow molding machines on the market are generally divided into two
types: fully automatic and semi-automatic.
The automatic bottle blowing machine combines the two operations of
bottle blowing through the operation of the manipulator,
eliminating the need to manually put the preheated preform (embryo)
into the blow mold. The production rate is greatly accelerated, and
of course the price is higher than that of semi-automatic ones.

- No contamination and low noise with the air cylinder to drive the
action instead of the oilpump;
- Air route design is divide into two parts;
- Ideal effect of the chilling with the chilling system;
- Low rejection rate: less than 0.3percent.
