The equipment is applied with 5 gallon bottles(bottles of 1,2,3,4 and 6 gallon can also be applied, but the sample bottle shall be provided).As the equipment integrates the processes of RO water treatment equipment, bottle washing, cap mounting, cap pressing and finished produce delivering, it is the ideal choice of water plants.

The main equipment is composed of rack, water tank, pipeline, water pump, cylinder, transmission, electrical appliances, etc. It completes empty barrel flushing, filling, capping and other actions, through multiple flushing processes, quantitative filling, automatic capping, five All actions of the gallon bucket water filling machine production line are controlled by computer to achieve stable flushing effect, accurate filling capacity and sealed capping effect.
