Inspection details
The solution uses 6 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and
high-performance strobe light sources to conduct all-round visual
inspection for the appearance defects of paper cups. The
single-line inspection speed is 120 pieces/min. The equipment can
run all day long, and unqualified products can be checked online
Automatically culled.
The whole set of testing equipment includes mechanical parts,
visual electronic hardware and testing system software. The
entrance and exit of the testing machine can be connected with the
upstream and downstream equipment conveyor lines on site.

Application of cameras
- For bottle cap top surface detection, the product is docked into
the conveyor belt of the detection machine with the cap facing down
through the cap unscrambling machine, and a set of industrial
cameras is installed above the product to cooperate with the light
source to collect the image of the top surface of the bottle cap
and process it .
- For the detection of the outer surface of the bottle cap, 4 sets of
industrial cameras are installed around the product to form a
360-degree annular surface inspection, and the image of the outer
surface is collected with the visual light source for processing.
- The concave surface detection of the bottle cap, the product is
transmitted to the rear glass turntable mechanism, the concave
surface angle of view is opened, and a set of industrial cameras is
arranged under the product to collect the concave surface image of
the product and analyze and process it.
