PVC Automotive Wire Harness Tape - Temperature Resistance 136℃

Descriptions:

A pressure sensitive PVC harness wrap tape designed for both hand and machine taping. Controlled unwind eliminates scrap and improves productivity. It is very flexible, easing installation during final assembly. Once installed, it wrapped harnesses remain abrasion resistant and squeak-free. Preferred when requirements include long term reliability under varying and extreme environmental conditions. It is suitable for continuous use at 136℃, with good electric flammability and soft property.

Recommendations
Rolls should be stored flat on their cut edges in the original packaging. The products must be protected from dust, heat, moisture, direct sunlight and solvent fumes. The storage temperature should be between +10℃ and +25℃ x 65%R.H. Use within 12months of receipt. The tape should be applied with sufficient tension to ensure an optimum bonding and a minimum of two layers with a half overlap. The final layer should be wrapped with a lower tension to prevent flagging effects. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of dust, grease, oil or other contaminants.
