Product Description

The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-10B (MRJ2S10B) is a Melservo MR-J2 series servo amplifier that generates an output wattage of 100W. The servo amplifier is compatible with the SSC Network, which prunes away the many excessive wire rings consequently aiding in the reduction of wiring errors. This connection may be made by the connection of a SSC Network cable with a CN1A connector to the servo amplifier. Servo System Control Network (SSCNET) compatible modules from Mitsubishi may be motion controllers (i.e. A171SH, A172SH, etc.) or positioning controllers. Next, in order for the MR-J2S-10B to connect with other MR-J2S-B servo amplifiers, utilizes the CN1B connector. The CN2 connector links the encoder cable (which is connected to the servo motor) to the amplifier. All processes which the MR-J2S-10B is involved with are controlled by the personal computer using a RS-232 adapter with a CN3 connector.

The MR-J2S-10B may operate with many Mitsubishi motors. Motors that it is congruous with may be from particular motors from the HC-KFS053, the HC-KFS13, the HC-MFS053, and the HC-MFS13. HC-KFS and HC-MFS. The HC-KFS[] are low inertia motors and the HC-MFS[] are ultra-low. Low inertia motors are appropriately used for machines and other apparatuses with fluctuating loads. Ultra-low inertia is good for high-dynamic positioning operations.

The MR-J2S-10B servo amplifier for its main circuit power supply has a voltage that either 3-phased of 200-230VAC or 1-phase 230VAC with a frequency of 50/60Hz. Alternately, the control circuit power has a 1-phase voltage of 200 to 230VAC with a frequency of 50/60Hz and a power consumption of 50W. The allowable voltage fluctuation for both power supplies is a 1-phase voltage between 170-253VAC. The frequency can legitimately fluctuate between ±5%.
