Mold Locating Rings Bolt Type S45C Materials MISUMI Standard Precision Mold Components

Mold locating rings are typically made up of two parts: the locating ring and the alignment ring. The locating ring is usually placed on the mold plate and has a cylindrical shape with a precision bore. The alignment ring, on the other hand, is placed on the ejector plate and has a matching cylindrical shape with a precision outside diameter. When the mold is closed, the two rings fit together to ensure accurate alignment of the mold cavities. This helps to prevent defects in the final product and ensures consistent quality.
