GLXY-2T Inclined Hole Crawler Portable Mineral Boreholeore Exploration Drilling Rigs

GLXY-2T Crawler exploration drill rig has the function of hydraulic raising and lowering, which is suitable in large angle slanting hole drilling.
Drilling depth: The XY-2T is capable of drilling to depths ranging from 300 to 500 meters, depending on the geological conditions of the drilling site.
Max. torque: The maximum torque capacity of the XY-2T is 3147N·m, which is the amount of rotational force that the drilling rig can apply to the drill bit.
Spindle stroke: The spindle stroke of the XY-2T is 560mm, which is the distance that the spindle can move up and down during the drilling process.
I.D of spindle: The inner diameter of the spindle is 96mm, which is the diameter of the hole through which the drill string passes.
Max. Lifting capacity of spindle: The maximum lifting capacity of the spindle is 60kN, which is the amount of weight that the spindle can lift.
Max. Feeding force: The maximum feeding force of the XY-2T is 45kN, which is the amount of force that the rig can apply to the drill string to advance it into the ground.
Max. hoisting force: The maximum hoisting force of the XY-2T is 30kN, which is the amount of force that the rig can apply to lift the drill string out of the ground.
Height adjustment: The height adjustment mechanism should be smooth and easy to operate, allowing the operator to adjust the height of the tower quickly and accurately. This is important for drilling at different depths and for changing drilling tools.
Load-bearing capacity: The tower should be designed to withstand the weight of the drilling rig and equipment, as well as the forces generated during drilling. It should also be able to support the weight of the drill string and core samples being extracted.
