The white ink cycle is a digital direct injection T-shirt printing
machine ink path system with a loop, the ink can keep circulating
in the ink path system, its role is to prevent the formation of
white ink precipitate in the ink path system.
Principle
A set of white ink circulation system is composed of ink bottle,
circulation pump and ink tube. The principle is that the ink bottle
is connected by two connecting two ink tubes, one ink out and one
ink back, and the two ink tubes form a junction near the ink sac.
The outgoing ink tube is connected to the circulating pump, and
white ink is injected into the ink tube through the pump, and the
white ink flows to the junction of the two ink tubes, and the ink
is returned to the ink bottle through the return ink tube.
Function
The main function of the white ink cycle is to prevent the white
ink from precipitating in the ink path, and the white ink cycle can
assist the function of the white ink supply system to make the ink
supply more smooth and stable.
Why does white ink need to be stirred in circulation? This is because the raw materials and processes of white ink and
color ink are different, and the main component of white ink is
phthalein white powder. Such substances are easy to precipitate in
a long standing time, and will form tiny particles, causing
blockage of the ink path system and affecting the printing effect
of the nozzle.
