PP PET strap making machine
This machine is mainly used to make PET strap ,PP packing strap.
Our machines adopts the PLC control to realsize the whole line auotmatic production.
Using the melting pump and pressure sensor ensure the production stable and strap quality control.
The raw material can be 100% recycled pet flakes from the waste pet bottles,or virgin material or mixed with each other.

1. High anti-tension force: anti-tension force like steel belt, also has ductility anti impact , sure safety package of commodities.
2. Small elongation : 1/6 of PP straps elongation . can keep long time’s tension force
3. Melting temperature: 260 degree. It doesn’t change shape even in high temperature area.
4. Flexibility is perfect. No sharpen edge. It does not hurt operators hands and commodities
5. Can use by manual packing , also can use by auto electric melting connection tools.
6. High broken strength –its come from the section of the broken parts . it means every square millimeter can afford how many kg force when broken.
