Container spreader is a kind of special spreader for loading and unloading containers, which is connected with the top angle of the container by the rotary lock of the four corners of the end cross beam. According to its structural characteristics, the container spreader can be divided into 4 types: fixed type, master-slave type, sub-mother type and telescopic type. On the basis of the retractable spreader, the rotating spreader, the double-box spreader and the movable double-box spreader are derived. Fixed spreader also known as integral spreader, it can only load and unload a specification of the container. It has no special power device and drives the ratchet mechanism to rotate by the lifting of the wire rope, so it can open and close the lock pin automatically by the mechanical movement of the wire rope. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and light weight, but is inconvenient to use, and is generally used on multi-purpose door cranes and general door cranes.
