Usage method:

Before using the welding machine, check whether the power supply conforms to the use voltage. Connect the corresponding polarity screw to the output wiring of the welding machine (tighten the nut when the output line is connected to the output pole). When working, clamp the workpiece with the clamp on the output black line, close to the tungsten needle, and the distance depends on the size and shape of the workpiece. Generally, the distance between the tungsten needle and the workpiece is between 0.5-1 mm. After the welding position is set, the foot switch is jogged, and the high-temperature arc is generated between the workpiece and the tungsten needle, and the workpiece is fused and welded instantly. The discharge end of tungsten needle must be sharp before and during use to keep it in good discharge state.
