Batching machine
User uses the wheel loader to put the raw material into the hopper , user can choose three hoppers or two hoppers bacrhing machine ,according to raw material kinds, and this batching machine is controlled by weighting system which is can be operated by one worker,who can operate the mixer at the same time .

Mixing process: the raw materials wil be mixed in this machine ,and water will aslo be needed , in order to give the right moisture before bricks come out.

1.QT10-15 Block Making Machine is completely controlled by PLC system. By operating its computer interace. the random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and parameter setting-up of all kind of materials can be achieved easily.
2.For the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is used in its vibrating system. the material-feeding with low frequency and the shape-vibrating with high frequency have been achieved. At the same time the Board said devices on the vibration table is installed.

5.According to the production , change different moulds. all kinds of blocks. standard bricks, cellular bricks, grass planting titles ,decoration bricks . pavement bricks ect. can be manufactured, with an annual production capacity of 70,000 cubic meters.
