Warranty
1. For Road truck:One year quality guarantee for three key parts
axles, engine, transmission or within 100000km, which comes the
first.For Off road truck & engineering truck: Within 6 months or
terminates 60,000 km, whichever is reached first.Same timetable as
to three key parts axles, chassis and land gear for road truck and
off road truck seperately.
2. Other spare part could be supplied by OEM at cost prices.
3. Regularly callback to know the vehicle's working status.
4. The overseas engineers are always ready to deal with unexpected
needs.
Maintanence
1.Check Check the oil pan, injection pump, oil bath air filter,oil
in the power output gearbox, if the oil level rises regularly
2. Check the cooling water level in the tank, if the water is not
enough,please add the water to the standard level. When the
temperature is below + 5oC,the engine if off work,please discharge
the water.(when there is no antifreeze fluid)
3. Check and tighten bolts and nuts out of the engine, excluding
oil leaks, water leaks, air leaks.
4. When working in dusty places, remove dust on the air filter.
And,replace the air filter when necessary.
5. Clear dirt , dust and oil on the surface of engine.
6. Listening to the voice when diesel engine is running, observing
the color of exhausted air, exclude the problem and irregularities
found.
7. Replace engine oil,clean oil pan and oil strainer,oil filter
tank, repalce the oil in the injection pump, according detailed
manual.
