Equipment purpose
It can be used for the site mixing operation of the stabilized soil
for the base and subbase of the highway, railway, airport, dock,
and parking lot, and other works; after replacing the working
device, it can be
used for the asphalt pavement milling work.
Technical characteristics:
1. Matching power: Changing Cummins NTA855-C360 or C400 engine is
applied.
2. Matching hydraulic system: The 90 series products of German
Sauer Company or A4VG of REXROTH Company are applied as the master
hydraulic pump.
3. The rotor is driven by the currently newest and the finest
combination of the motor+ reduction gear of the foreign famous
company.
4. Rotor cutter type: The mixing rotor is applied with the type of
the large rotary drum and the cutter bar; accordingly, no uneven
mixing or expensive rotor replacement expense due to the cutter
deformation will appear.
5. Maintenanceability: The repair and maintenance to the machine
are very convenient. The engine hood and the side door can be
freely opened and the lower space of the cab is very wide; thus,
three people can repair and maintain the master pump, steering
system, and driving axle simultaneously.
6. As the imported high-pressure hose and connector are applied,
the leakage can be prohibited.
7. As the pressurized oil tank is applied, the pump suction and
polluted oil tank can be avoided; in addition to the above, as the
reliability of the hydraulic system can also be enhanced, it can be
used in the high-attitude district.
8. The cab is deluxe and elegant; as the bottom pipelines of the
cab are well arranged and the rubber sealing gasket is applied for
the whole cab, the cab is of superior sealability. Additionally, as
the cab is equipped with the air conditioner, it is of comfortable
driving environment; by applying adjustable seats, the can meets
the human engineering principles.
9. As the rotor is driven by the concealed high-speed motor+
reduction gear, it can largely improve the reliability and reduce
the application and maintenance costs when comparing with the
“five-star motor”. In addition to the above, the overall machine is
of smaller width and better passing ability.
10. With the domestically initiative rotor lifting boom and housing
protection plate designs, it can prevent splashing mixing
materials.
11.As the WB25 machine type can eliminate wheelmarks, it can
largely enhance the working efficiency.
12. The center-mounted machine type is equipped with the
double-axle driving and four-wheel steering functions.
