The matching twin shaft compulsory mixer can mix all kinds of
concrete especially hard concrete and applicable for projects such
as architectures, hydropower project, highways, dam, ports, docks
and bridges in medium or large scale preformed concrete plants and
concrete manufacturing plants.
Microcomputer control system and electronic scale guarantee high
measuring accuracy with small error. Functions such as screen
display, ratio of storage, divided automatic compensation and the
manual system makes the machine work well. In addition, the device
is also equipped with a printing system, and can be equipped with
monitoring system according to user’s needs, to achieve centralized
control of the entire device, the overall management.

High quality mixing performance
The twin shaft compulsory mixer, could be used to mix dry,
plasticity, fluidity, light-weight aggregate concrete and various
kinds of mortar. The structure has the advantages of reasonable
design, novel structure, advanced performance, well mixing quality,
low energy consumption, simple operation, convenient maintenance,
etc..
Advanced and reliable control system
Microcomputer control system and electronic scale guarantee high
measuring accuracy with small error. With the screen display, the
ratio of storage, automatic gap compensation, and equipped with a
manual system, can achieve the manual process of mixing, automatic
control. In addition, the device is also fitted with a printing
system, and can be fitted with monitoring system according to
user's needs, to achieve centralized control of the entire device,
the overall management.
Comfortable and convenient operating room
The operating room was closed, with air conditioning, cool in
summer and warm in winter, greatly improved the working
environment. All buttons on the operating table have the function
annotation and process icon, which is vivid, intuitive, and easy to
operate. The computer control system is installed on the operating
table, so the operator can directly grasp the operation of the
entire production process.
The installation board of the operating table is provided with
circuit breakers, AC contactor, a thermal relay, terminals and
other electrical components, which can effectively carry out short
circuit, under voltage and overload protection of the motor. All
electrical components are installed in the standard way, which is
easy to maintain and repair.
