Features of concrete mixer
The forcing type concrete mixer with double horizontal shafts is
applied to preordered construction element plants in
medium-and-large scale and construction departments for industrial
and civil architectural engineering of highways, bridges, water
conservancy, ports and decks in mixing hard concrete, plastic
concrete, liquid concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and all
kinds of mortar. Besides operating as an independent machine, it
can combine with various batching machine to form simple mixing
station.
1 Motion track
The revolution and rotation speed of the blades have been
extensively studied and tested to give the mixer a high output
causing the segregation of materials with different grain size and
weight.The movement of the material inside the trough is smooth and
continuous.
2 Observing port
There is an observing port on the maintaining door.You can observe
the mixing situation without cutting off power.
3 Mixing device
Compulsory mixing is realized by composite moves of extruding and
overturning driven by rotating planets and blades.Mixing blades are
designed in parallelogram structure (patented),which can be turned
180o for reuse to increase service life.Specialized discharge
scraper has been designed according to discharge speed in order to
increase productivity.
4Discharging device
According to the different demands of customers,the discharging
door can be opened by hydraulic,pneumatic or by hands.The number of
discharging door is three at most.And there is special sealing
device on discharging door to ensure the sealing reliable.
6 The hydraulic power unit
A special designed hydraulic power unit is used to provide power
for more than one discharging gates.On emergency,these discharging
gates can be opened by hand.
7 Maintaining door and security device
In order to improve the security of using the product,reliable
high-sensitive security switches are in the maintaining door to
make the maintaining work safe and convenient.
8 Water spray pipe
The special designed sprayer is installed on the water pipe.The
spraying water cloud can cover more area and also make the mixing
more homogeneous.
9 Security identifier
Based on years of accumulated experience,a variety of security
identification are attached to the mixer,user-friendly design
concept ,enabling customers to use more secure,more at ease.
Features
1.HLS series second-order concrete mixing plant adopts biaxial
horizontal double-shaft compulsory concrete mixer with even better
mixing quality.
2.Lump-sum aggregate equipped with the same capacity of mixer,the
productivity was 15%-30%higher than HZS series.
3.Aggregate, water and additive weighing, control, signal
conversion device are imported components, high precision sensor,
automatic computer control, referred to as a separate weighing (or
total weight), the weighing accuracy is high and stable working
performance
4.The machine can be controlled by computer, automatic control and
manual operation.
5. The tower look orderly and magnificent, with main body closed
with insulation board or single-layer color coated sheet ; the
tower inside is easy to clean, and the operating room was closed,
with air conditioning, cool in summer and warm in winter, greatly
improved the working environment.

Warranty: One year warranty for all mechanical parts (Wearing and electric
parts are not included in warranty).
Installation: After finished the delivery, The Buyer shall inform The Seller the
time and place for supervision to installation, commissioning and
training. The seller shall send technician to supervise the
erection, commissioning and test-run of the contract equipment. The
round-trip air ticket (from China to the destination),
accommodation and travel expenses should be at buyer’s cost, while
the wages will be borne by the seller.
Delivery Time: Within 20-27 working days delivery after our receipt of deposit.
