Product Description
On the basis of ordinary single knit machines, the single jersey
circular knitting machine adds 4-color or 6-color striper knitting
machine parts and a microcomputer control system.With diverse
arrangement of cams and striper system,the machine is able to knit
all kinds of high-quality single striped fabrics, such as damask,
high-elastic polyester silk, fabrics for swimwear and so on.Our
specially-made fabrics rolling system can evenly roll up cloth
without any folds. It is perfect for processing several materials,
including cotton yarn,chemical fiber, high-elastic polyester silk.
blended yarn of distinct specification and so on.
The single knit electronic 4 or 6 color auto striper knitting
machine series are equipped with LCD touch screen control systems.
Different kinds of patterns can be input and changed quickly and
easily by means of the keypad on the control system. These patterns
are kept in permanent memory which protects from loss due to power
failure.
By lifting the color selection, the yarn finger and the knitting
head of the machine can be cleaned thoroughly, and also the
cylinder can be replaced conveniently.
A vacuum suction device is equipped to remove the flutter during
the knitting procedure.
Additionally, by connecting two color selections into one through
the yarn finger, the 3-color auto striper machine can be used as
6-color auto striper machine. The 4-color machine can also be used
as an 8-color auto striper machine. This allows great productivity,
which gives a faster return of your investment.
The machines are equipped with central stitch adjustment which
lifts the cam holder wholly and adjusts the weight of the fabric
easily.
The machines are also equipped with Lycra feeding units to knit
various patterns with high quality elastic striper fabrics.

technologies, and the edge of tracks has undergone the transition
angle treatment. Hence, the service life of needles and sinkers is

2. The high-density gray iron alloy cam boxes have received the
aging treatment for a fixed time, so as to effectively control the
knitting precision of the machine parts, and avoid the expansion
and contraction that the temperature change of the machine may give
rise to.
3. Its frame has undergone a natural aging treatment, and adopted
the oil-immersed gear meshing drive model because of great
stability and low noise.
4. The advanced computer control system is capable of intelligently
monitoring and controlling all the operating parameters, like
spraying oil in fixed quantity punctually, dust removing, needle
breakage detection, automatic stop detecting the fabric with holes
or reaching the specified output, etc.
5. The top, middle and bottom dust exhausting fans can effectively
sweep away cumulate cotton fiber, protect needles and sinkers, and
increase operating speed.
6. The WAC microelectronic control structure of needle selection is
combined with a microcomputer control system and a high-precision
manipulator for automatically replacing threads in different
colors, so as to produce striper patterns with 3, 4 or 6 colors.
7. The LCD touch screen for human-machine interface allows entire
touch input. Its memory is able to store pattern information and
system settings. Owing to the built-in battery device and circuits,
the computer can automatically save information for 2500 hours if
there is an interruption of power supply. You can connect an
external PC to the single jersey circular knitting machine, which
can realize the sharing of internal data, and improve expandability
and work efficiency.
