STRUCTURE
The structure is designed under human engineering and knitting
principle for elegant and rigid framework. The high-quality cast
components are handled with aging for long period and by aging
equipments to prevent distortion. Advanced CNC and special surface
treatment ensure long-term stability and durability;
BED & GEAR
The bed and its gear is oil-bathed with hi-grade lubricant oil, so
that the machine operates smoothly with low noise and the gear is
sustainable and less-wear;
DRIVE SYSTEM
Reasonable drive system with v-belt and timing belt ensures correct
transmission and provides overload protection. Imported one-way
clutch bearing ensures accurate transmission and prevents reverse
rotate of machine effectively;
CYLINDER
Cylinder and dial is durable as they are made of special alloy
under precision processing and heat treat;
CAMS
All cams are made of Japanese alloy die steel and process by CNC
under CAD/CAM and heat -treatment. The process guarantees the
correct dimension of needle track with smooth face, great hardness
and wear-proof, in order to fulfill the various requirements of
materials and knitting methods;
CENTRAL STITCH SYSTEM
Latest design of central stitch system is delicate, simple and
stable;
CREEL
New top creel with ample space makes yarn-carry and cylinder-change
more easy and time-saving;
PANEL
With hi-graded electronic components, user-friendly design for easy
operation, network compatible for centralized control of production
to improve efficiency and management;
TAKE DOWN
Rolling & folding take down system, with adjustable square cloth
frame, is applicable to make cloth in even tension and density so
as to increase the rolling quality and reduce mark;
OUTLOOK
with metallic paint coated and baked after several processes as
brushing, dipping and painting, the surface of machine is strong
and corrosive-proof against knitting oil while the machine outlook
is smooth and elegant.

3. Using electronic oil sprayer or large volume of misty sprayer
oil lubricator which can lubricate the cylinder and the needles
respectively, which keep needles and sinkers not be easily damaged.
