The Printing part
1 Printing drum and impression roller: adopt high quality and
thick-walled seamless steel tube, surface grinding, plating hard
chrome.
2 Anilox roller: adopt high quality steel 200mesh/220mesh
combination from Dalin Tengda, can print more than 45 lines
flexographic plate.
3 Rubber roller: adopt high quality wear-resistant, oil-resistant,
acid and soda-resistant rubber from Jizhou Chunfeng, designing
middle and high grinding ink, transfer ink efficiently.
4. Hanging plate: adopt hanging plate printing system, change plate
easily, equipped with foot switch in order to hang plate easily.
5. Printing plate roller pressure adjustment: adopt high speed
printing machine transmission, adopt high accuracy cross slide
block gapless adjustment to do find adjustment, enable printing
pressure get the best printing status.
6. 360°electric phase position: adopt CPU computer digital readout
