This two-plate mold features a cashew gate for efficient internal filling, resulting in a

short cycle time, rapid filling, minimal gate marks, smooth demolding, and low cost. It is

suitable for long-term, stable mass production, and the molded parts are of high quality

without burrs.

The surface finish is polished to SPI B-2, using hardened 1*4/S136 steel for the cavity and

core. This greatly enhances surface smoothness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
