Reaction Boned Silicon Carbide(RBSiC or SiSiC) ceramics adopt
slip-casting technology. The Ceramics have high strength and
excellent hardness, wear, corrosion resistance, oxidization
resistance and thermal shock resistance, etc. It’s one of the most
popular refractory ceramics. It can be made to beams, rollers,
cooling air pipes, thermal couple protection tubes, sealing parts
and special shaped parts.
SiC ceramic rod can be used for a long term without fracture or
bend because of their advantages of high temperature tolerance,
high flexural strength, good oxidation resistance and wear
resistance. So the products are widely applicable in roller kilns
for domestic ceramics, health ceramics, building ceramics, magnetic
materials
They have higher bearing strength, high temperature tolerance,
corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and there are no deformation
even under very high temperature. The rollers display more than 10
times operational life compared to Alumina Rollers.
